- An incident of theft occurred Sept. 11 at the Philipsburg-Osceola High School. Further, the victim told state police her son’s cell phone was stolen at the school. State police found the cell phone was taken from an open locker, and an 18-year-old Philipsburg man drove a Sandy Ridge boy to the Game Stop in Clearfield to sell it for $58.94. Charges were filed through juvenile and district courts.
- An incident of underage drinking occurred Saturday at the End Zone Night Club on Lion Lane in Huston Township. State police found two, 20-year-old men under the influence of alcohol at the night club and filed non-traffic citations through the district court. Further, state police found that one of the employees of the End Zone Night Club was wanted by the Alleghany Sheriff’s Office for an outstanding bench warrant. The individual was taken into custody and housed at the Centre County Prison. State police are continuing their investigation into the underage drinking incident.
