- On Saturday, a 51-year-old Philipsburg man was allegedly lying on the ground by a garage near the Wallaceton – Bigler Highway in Bradford Township. Upon arrival state police located a highly intoxicated man who was found in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. He was arrested for public drunkenness, possession of drug(s) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges will be filed through the district court.
- On Saturday, state police responded to Zimmerman Road in Bradford Township to check on a motorist who was stopped along the roadway. As a result, a 20-year-old Mineral Springs man was found in possession of a significant amount of illegal drugs that were packaged for sale and drug paraphernalia. The man was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia with the intent to deliver. Charges were filed through the district court.
- No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident Sunday on Deer Creek Road in Graham Township. Thomas M. Bahus, 24, of Karthaus was traveling south when a deer entered directly into the path of his vehicle. As a result, his vehicle struck the deer and became disabled. His vehicle was driven off the roadway and didn’t interfere with traffic. All occupants were wearing their seatbelts.
