- Police responded to a single-vehicle accident on state Route 1003. Upon arrival police didn’t locate anyone at the scene; however, the vehicle was fully engulfed in fire. Police obtained the registration number, and the investigation is ongoing.

- Police investigated a threat that was directed toward a county employee.
- Police responded to a 9-1-1 hang-up call at a Clover Hill residence. Upon arrival police found everything was OK.
- Police are investigating the theft from a truck that was parked at the Sapp Bros. Truck Stop.
- Police reported a retail theft at the Dollar General Store in the 1600 block of Daisy Street Extension. Police located a 19-year-old Clearfield man who will be cited for the incident.
- Police reported an incident of harassment that occurred at the Clearfield Middle School. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
- Police reported an Internet scam during which a male contacted a Hyde resident and claimed to be from Microsoft. He convinced the resident to permit him to gain remote access to their computer and then wanted to charge them for services to repair it. The computer, however, wasn’t in need of repairs. Police would like to remind all residents not to give remote access to anyone without first gaining proper verification.
- Police received a report about a single-vehicle accident on Mount Joy Road. A vehicle operated by a Clearfield man struck a utility pole, severing it and bringing down its wires. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
- Police responded to an alarm at a business on U.S. Route 322. The alarm was set off by an employee.
