The State College Spikes battled back from a 5-0 deficit to get within a run in the sixth inning, but the Tri-City ValleyCats held on to force a decisive Game Three in the New York-Penn League Championship Series with a 5-4 victory on Wednesday night at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
