Anna Zazworsky, 81, of Janesville died Friday, Sept. 6, 2013 at her residence.
She was born Sept. 23, 1931, a daughter of the late Theodor “Frank” and Katherine (Hreshko) Zazworsky.
She was a parishioner of the St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Smithmill, and was a 1949 graduate of the former Madera High School.
She worked as a secretary for the Seagrams Co. and then for the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, both of New York.
She’s survived by three sisters, Irene Zazworsky of Philipsburg; Sophie Baron and her husband, George of Cleveland, Ohio; Helen Stewart and her husband, William of Wolfeboro, MI; and a brother, John Zazworsky and his wife of State College.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 11 siblings; Mary, Nancy, Catherine, Margaret, Evelyn, Ann, Lillian, Michael, Metro, Anthony and Wasco.
At her request, all services will be private, and there will be no public visitation.
