Spikes to meet Jamestown in Semifinal Series

The Pinckney Division champion State College Spikes, affiliates of the St. Louis Cardinals, have learned their opponent for this weekend’s semifinal round of the New York-Penn League playoffs will be the division rival Jamestown Jammers (Pittsburgh Pirates). Jamestown defeated the Spikes, 9-4, on Wednesday’s final day of the NYPL regular season to earn the league’s wild card spot.
