- An incident of DUI occurred Monday on state Route 53 in Bigler Township. During the incident, a 33-year-old Houtzdale woman was found parked on the roadway and under the influence of alcohol and prescription medication. Charges are pending chemical test results.
- An Act 64 violation occurred Tuesday on Interstate 80 at mile-marker 127 westbound in Bradford Township. During the incident, a 34-year-old Redford, MI woman was stopped for speeding, at which point state police detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from her vehicle. A search of the vehicle turned up several marijuana pipes and a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed through the district court.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred Aug. 30 on Decatur Street in Chester Hill Borough. Someone intentionally struck a stop sign and caused an estimated $100 worth of damage.
