Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

A hit-and-run accident occurred Tuesday on South Fourth Street near the intersection of East Presqueisle Street in Philipsburg Borough. A tan, 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche was parked and unattended, and Patrick A. Rothdeutsch, 64, of Philipsburg was traveling on South Fourth Street. Rothdeutsch rear-ended the vehicle and then left the scene without giving the proper notifications.
