HORTON TOWNSHIP – A 48-year-old Brockport man, Patrick Moore, sustained major injuries in a motorcycle accident Saturday on Keystone Road in Horton Township, reported the state police at Ridgway.
Moore was traveling southbound past Coder Road when, for unknown reasons, his motorcycle went across the roadway into the northbound lane. His motorcycle traveled onto the north berm and then continued south, striking two mailboxes.
The motorcycle came to a rest on the north berm. Moore was transported from the scene and then flown to the Altoona Hospital. He wasn’t wearing a helmet and sustained major injuries, state police said.
