Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Voucher Distribution Continues

CLEARFIELD – Farmers Market Vouchers continue to be available to qualifying senior citizens in Clearfield County until Sept. 30 or until vouchers are depleted.

The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program provides eligible, older citizens of Pennsylvania with vouchers to purchase fruits and vegetables at registered Farmers Markets.

Four $5 vouchers are being distributed to individuals 60 years of age and older applying in Clearfield County who meet income eligibility and residency requirements. These vouchers are available one time only during the program year.

Vouchers are available at the Clearfield Center for Active Living, Coalport Center for Active Living, Mahaffey Center for Active Living, Karthaus Center for Active Living, Kylertown Center for Active Living; Houtzdale Family Service Center, DuBois Senior and Community Center.
