- No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident Sunday on U.S. Route 322 in Worth Township. Beth A. Dietrick, 49, of Houtzdale was traveling westbound in the right-hand lane when a deer ran into the roadway. Dietrick struck the deer, causing disabling damage to her vehicle. She was wearing her seat belt at the time of the accident. State police were assisted by towing services at the scene.
- An incident of harassment occurred Tuesday at the intersection of Alder and North Ninth streets in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone forcefully threw the victim to the ground and then fled the scene.
