Temporary Road Closings on Guinea Hill for Pipe Work

CLEARFIELD – Lawrence Township Supervisors announced at last night’s meeting that they will begin work today on Guinea Hill, replacing storm water pipe. This will require some temporary road closings and traffic delays.

Supervisors approved a subdivision for Ruth L. Bloom in Hyde.

Supervisors are requesting business donations for “Children at Play” signs that are posted in residential and park areas as a caution to drivers. Township Secretary Barb Shaffner said the signs cost $25 and the name of the donor will be placed on the sign.

Supervisors approved to pay bills totaling $76,987.87.
