An incident of disorderly conduct occurred Saturday on Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. After the car show, owners cruised through Philipsburg. During this part of the event, numerous operators caused disturbances by revving the motors and squealing tires around the borough. One operator, a 24-year-old Port Matilda man, was observed squealing the tires of his Ford Mustang during a “burn out” at the intersection of Front and Pine streets. The man was cited for disorderly conduct.
