- On Friday a Treasure Lake resident reported hearing gun shots fired in the area of Flamingo and St. Martin roads. Upon investigation it was found to be two juveniles who were trying out an explosive device they found instructions for on the Internet. The situation was handled without incident.
- A Forest Avenue resident reported that his black terrier was missing on Friday.
- A semi-truck got stuck on the curb on Shaffer Road between K-Mart and Lowes. The truck was towed off the curb and suffered only minor damage.
- On Saturday two DuBois men reported that the tires on their motorcycles were slashed while they were at Isabellas. The investigation is continuing.
- A false alarm occurred Saturday at a Treasure Lake residence.
- A 53-year-old DuBois woman backed into a vehicle that was parked behind her on Thunderbird Road on Saturday. This caused the vehicle to go out of gear and roll down a driveway through a yard sale and come to rest against the porch of a house. No injuries were reported.
- A false alarm occurred Saturday at the Spirit Halloween Store.
- A 27-year-old New Millport woman reported Saturday that her 30-year-old ex-boyfriend who was staying with friends in Treasure Lake sent her text messages in which he threatened to harm himself. Police spoke to the man who apologized for the threats and said he just sent them out of frustration. The situation was handled without incident.
- A DuBois motorist failed to stop in time to avoid hitting a vehicle driven by a 48-year-old Curwensville man who was stopped at a red light on Shaffer Road. Minor damage and no injuries were reported.
- A Central Christian Road resident reported a suspicious person behind his house with a flashlight on Saturday. The suspicious person was gone upon police arrival.
