Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of retail theft occurred Monday at the Wal-Mart Store in Fox Township. During the incident, a 25-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman, both of Wilcox, concealed items and left the store without paying for them. Charges were filed through the district court.
