- An incident of theft occurred sometime Sunday or Monday at Windy Hill Village in Rush Township. During the incident, someone removed $40 from the victim’s room. The victim hasn’t seen the money since Sunday. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of theft of services occurred sometime between Aug. 6 and Tuesday on Martin Street in Rush Township. During the incident, a female tenant and her boyfriend rented a mobile home and possibly obtained electrical services in a fraudulent manner. The investigation is continuing at this time with possible arrests in the future.
