Philipsburg Woman Wins 100 Gallons of Home Heating Oil

Anna Schirling of Philipsburg was the winner of 100 gallons of home heating oil drawing that was held recently at the Clearfield County Fair. The oil drawing was sponsored by Christoff Mitchell Petroleum Inc. of Philipsburg.
