Police Report: Philipsburg

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Tuesday or Wednesday in the parking lot at the Cold Stream Dam off U.S. Route 322 in Philipsburg Borough. Someone sliced all four tires on the victim’s 2003 Jeep Liberty. Damage is estimated at $600.
