John D. ‘Pete’ Graham, 80, of Woodland died Friday, Aug. 2, 2013 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center. He was born Feb. 1, 1933 in Clearfield, a son of the late Harold and Ruth (Alexander) Graham.
Mr. Graham was employed as a lumberman for 40 years, retiring in 1996. He was also a member of Bigler Full Gospel Church.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. (Dixon) Graham, whom he wed March 21, 1953 in Clearfield; three children, Robert P. Graham of Hawk Run, William T. Graham and his wife, Mary Sue of Allport and Judith L. Kephart and her husband, John of Surveyor; eight grandchildren Derrick and Joe Graham, Pamela Adams, John Graham, Cindy Luzier, John and Joshua Kephart and Robert Dixon Jr.; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; a daughter-in-law, Tracy Dixon of Woodland; and a sister, Martha Lansberry of Lamonte.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three children, Cindy Graham and John E. and David M. Graham; a brother, Richard Graham; and a sister, Ruth Hanson.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, with Pastor Darl Ware officiating. Burial will be in the Egypt Cemetery, Woodland.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday at the funeral home.
