Spikes run win streak to seven, top Lake Monsters

The State College Spikes continued their winning ways on Sunday night, notching their seventh straight victory as they defeated the Vermont Lake Monsters, 3-1, to complete a perfect 6-0 homestand at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
