RIDGWAY – A fire has been ruled an arson that occurred at 6:02 p.m. July 26 at Ridgway Borough’s maintenance facility on South Street, according to the Ridgway-based state police.
State police believe due to the time of the fire and the population of that area, there are likely witnesses who observed the individual responsible for setting the fire.
