- A DuBois woman reported Wednesday that her 8-year-old daughter had been bitten by a dog while playing at the Wasson School. The girl sustained a puncture wound to her leg. The dog’s owner was contacted and explained that she was letting her dogs run in the woods behind the school and didn’t see the kids. The incident was turned over to the dog warden for further investigation.
- A Wilson Avenue man reported Wednesday there was a known woman outside his residence, and she was causing a disturbance. The 55-year-old Treasure Lake woman was yelling and screaming due to a relationship the man was having with her daughter. The woman was gone upon police arrival.
