Police Report: Clearfield Borough

Police responded to North Second and Bridge streets for a minor accident, where a motorist failed to stop at a red light and then rear-ended another vehicle.  No injuries were reported, and all occupants were wearing their seat belts.  Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
