CHESTER HILL – An Osceola Mills man, Joshua T. Barger, 20, was lying on the roadway and killed Tuesday night in an accident involving a vehicle on Walton Street in Chester Hill Borough, reported the state police at Clearfield.
Barger was lying down in the northbound lane of Walton Street. Samantha L. Young, 23, of Osceola Mills didn’t see Barger in the roadway and ran him over. Barger was pronounced dead at the scene, state police said.
State police were assisted at the scene by the Moshannon Valley Emergency Medical Services and the Chester Hill Borough, Hope and Reliance fire departments.
