- An incident of theft occurred July 23 on Spruce Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone removed two beach towels from the victim’s clothes line. Total value of the beach towels was $20.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Saturday or Sunday on Fay Circle in Worth Township. Someone sliced the left, front tire of vehicles belonging to two Port Matilda residents. Damage is estimated at $250. State police searched the area with negative results. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of assault occurred Sunday on South Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, a 33-year-old woman allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with state troopers after a traffic stop. Charges were filed through the district court.
