Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of disorderly conduct occurred Wednesday at McAteer Village in Houtzdale Borough. During the incident, a 62-year-old Coalport man and a 25-year-old Houtzdale woman were observed yelling and causing a neighborhood disturbance. Charges will be filed against both through the district court.
