- An incident of theft occurred sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at a Ginter – Morann Highway residence in Gulich Township. Someone took four tires and wheels from the victim’s yard and fled the scene. The tires and wheels are valued at approximately $1,800. The wheels were described as Chrome Moto metal with the model being 951; they had an 8-bolt Ford F-250 pattern. The tires were described as a 37X12.5X5 Pitbull Rocker. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Clearfield-based state police at 814-857-3800.
- No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident that occurred Tuesday on the Drane Highway in Boggs Township. Tiffany A. Spencer, 19, of Woodland was traveling north when she turned on her high-beams. This caused her to lose control of her vehicle and strike a dirt embankment. Her vehicle then spun out before striking some trees. Spencer was wearing her seat belt at the time of the accident. Her vehicle was towed from the scene. Spencer was cited for the accident.
