- A false alarm occurred Wednesday at Hunter Titan.
- A vehicle driven by a 59-year-old Luthersburg man traveled into the opposing lane while traveling on South Main Street and almost hit a police car head-on. The man’s vehicle then veered off the other side of the road and hit a telephone pole. The accident was due to the man having a medical issue, and he was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.
- On Thursday a vehicle driven by a 33-year-old Sykesville man traveled off of Sykes Street Extension at Stanley Road when he swerved to miss a vehicle that was slowed to make a turn onto Stanley Road. Minor damage and no injuries were reported.
- A 21-year-old Treasure Lake man reported that he was run off the road by a silver pick-up truck while he was traveling in Treasure Lake on Thursday. His vehicle needed towed from the ditch, but neither injuries nor damage was reported.
- A 49-year-old Treasure Lake woman reported that her son was involved in a hit-and-run accident Thursday at the Falls Creek Sheetz. The vehicle received minor damage by a black pick-up truck pulling a trailer.
- Employees of Pizza Hut reported Thursday that someone took a 50-gallon tank containing cooking oil from their property.
- On Thursday police were requested to check the welfare of a woman who reportedly threatened to harm herself. Police located the 43-year-old DuBois woman and determined that she was OK and not intending to harm herself.
- Police were called to a Denton Avenue residence for a report of a barking dog on Thursday. Police handled the situation without incident.
