The first individual is identified as Anthony James Withers. He is 27 years old and from Clearfield. His last reported contact was on July 7. Withers’ was reportedly headed to the DuBois area, police said.
The second is a runaway juvenile who has been identified as Gabrielle Reffett. She is 14 years old. Reffett was last seen wearing a blue tank top and light blue shorts, police said.
