Valera’s blast lifts Spikes to win over ‘Cutters

Cesar Valera smashed his first homer of the year, and the State College Spikes’ pitching staff took care of the rest in a 3-1 win over the Williamsport Crosscutters on Wednesday night at Historic Bowman Field.
