- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 6:30 p.m. Friday and 12 p.m. Saturday at the Rush Municipal Park in Rush Township. Someone broke the tops off of three trees that were planted in the park. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of theft occurred sometime between 8 p.m. Sunday and 10:30 a.m. Monday on B Street in Rush Township. Someone removed a tire pump and prescription medication from the victim’s unsecured vehicle.
