Jeffrey L. Winters, 54, of Houtzdale died Monday, July 1, 2013 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born June 19, 1959 in Bellefonte, he was the son of Elwood Winters of Horizon City, TX and Shirley Marien Winters Alberalla of Houtzdale.
Mr. Winters was employed for 20 years with Allentown Industries of Buffalo, NY and Skills in State College for 10 years.
In addition to his parents, he’s survived by a sister, Lisa Winters of Lawtons, NY and three nieces, Ashley Paige, Lindsey Paige and Amber Pisa.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Richard and Lilly Marien and his paternal grandparents, Wayne and Florence Winters.
Friends will be received from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale.
There will be a memorial service at a later date. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brisbin.
