Red Cross Responds to Flooding in Howard

STATE COLLEGE – American Red Cross volunteers are assisting two families consisting of four adults who were displaced by a flood this evening on East Main and Walnut streets in Howard, Centre County. The Red Cross assisted the families with food and shelter and will follow-up to determine any additional disaster needs.
