- A 21-year-old Brockport man was seen by Wal-Mart employees taking $75 worth of pillows without paying for them on Monday. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
- On Monday a 27-year-old DuBois man reported that his Social Security number was used by another man to apply for jobs in Pottsville. The investigation is ongoing.
- On Monday police checked the welfare of a 48-year-old Brady Street man who threatened to harm himself via email to an out-of-state friend. Police located the man at the South Brady Street residence and he admitted that he made a couple of stupid statements after an argument with his wife but didn’t have any intention of hurting himself.
- A 59-year-old Walnut Avenue man reported Monday that his neighbors were coming into his yard while playing Frisbee. Police handled the situation without incident.
- A 34-year-old Treasure Lake man reported Tuesday that he received a suspicious call from a man who offered to lower his interest rates on his credit cards. When the Treasure Lake man told him he didn’t have any credit cards, the man hung up.
- Treasure Lake Security reported Tuesday that someone damaged a comfort center in Cayman Landing. Damage is estimated at $500.
