- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime June 18-19 on Miles Grove in Huston Township. The victim told state police her vehicle was scratched with an unknown sharp object. - An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred sometime Friday or Saturday in the parking lot behind the Philipsburg Towers on North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough. Someone removed a tow hitch and ball from the rear of the victim’s pick-up truck.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime during June 16-20 on Hemlock Street in Rush Township. The victim told state police that someone damaged the front window of his truck cap, which was lying on the ground to the rear of his property. - The investigation is ongoing into an incident of theft that occurred June 2 at Goody’s Pike Inn in Rush Township. Someone stole a purse there and the subsequent investigation revealed theft of prescription medication and other controlled substances violations.
- A single-vehicle accident occurred Friday on the Port Matilda Highway in Philipsburg Borough. A motorist swerved to avoid a deer and crossed the centerline, striking the guiderails. This caused the vehicle to spin in a counterclockwise direction, and its passenger’s side slid against the guiderails. The vehicle sustained minor damage.
- No injuries were reported after an accident Saturday on East Presqueisle Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 17-year-old boy was traveling eastbound when he crossed the centerline and struck a legally parked vehicle. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage. The boy will be cited for the accident.
