Paul J. Wildauer, 63, of Falls Creek died Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, surrounded by his family.
Born March 4, 1950 in DuBois, he was the son of George A. and Olga C. (Marx) Wildauer. He was married to Carolyn (Heitzenrater) Wildauer. She preceded him in death in May of 1993.
He was the owner of Wildauer Construction Company. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and nature. He enjoyed sharing his opinions on a wide variety of topics including sports and politics.
He is survived by two sons, Gabriel Wildauer of DuBois and Colby Wildauer (Nicole DeFazio) of Bellefonte; a brother, David Wildauer and his wife, Julia of DuBois; a sister, Eloise Norton of Monroeville; his companion, Linda Meeker of whom he made his home with in Falls Creek; two grandchildren, Lily and Reece Wildauer; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visitation.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church in Falls Creek with Fr. Matis Quimno as celebrant.
