Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

A small boat was found Tuesday at the Red Moshannon River between the Hawk Run area and North Ninth Street in Rush Township. Anyone with information or wishing to claim the boat should contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
