DUBOIS – At Monday night’s meeting, the Sandy Township Board of Supervisors discussed two structures that have been deemed dangerous and or dilapidated.
The McCreight and Hand structures were posted as dangerous last week. Solicitor Greg Kruk is currently conducting a title search to determine who owns the properties.
Once notified, the property owners will have 30 days to contact the township with plans for remedying the properties. After that the township can consider tearing them down.
