Summer fiesta – The Clearfield Hospital Auxiliary will host “A Summer’s Night Fiesta” on July 19, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Clearfield-Curwensville Country Club.
The band Velveeta will play, and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served. A silent auction is also planned, and many local merchants and individuals have generously donated items including Steelers and Penn State football tickets; a catered dinner; and an ice cream party provided by Dave Duke and his ice cream truck.
All proceeds benefit improvement projects at Clearfield Hospital. Tickets are $75 per couple; $40 for single.
