- A 4-year-old boy was unsupervised and wandered around the Garden Grove Townhouses on Friday. His 38-year-old mother told police the boy keeps getting out of the house.
- Police checked the welfare of a man who was lying in the front yard of a Hepburn Road residence on Friday. Upon arrival police located a 45-year-old man who appeared to be under the influence and to have overdosed. He was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. The man was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for treatment.
- A 31-year-old Maple Avenue woman reported that her 11- and 15-year-old daughters hadn’t returned home from Community Days at their expected time on Friday. Police located the girls and handled the situation without incident.
- A 50-year-old Washington woman reported Saturday that a 49-year-old Latrobe man had harassed her daughter while they were traveling on a bus that stopped at the Fullington station. Police handled the situation without incident.
- A 70-year-old Salada Road man reported Saturday that his 26-year-old grandson was trying to break into a trailer with a crow bar. Upon arrival police found the grandson who explained he was trying to retrieve some items while his grandfather had been drinking and locked him out. The situation was handled without incident.
- A Hungry Hollow Road man reported Saturday that someone took $1,000 worth of tires from the bed of his truck.
- A 36-year-old man was riding an all-terrain vehicle in the area of Lundgren and Greenwood Cemetery roads Sunday when he wrecked it. The man was injured and appeared to be intoxicated. He fled the scene before police arrival and wasn’t located. The next day, the man returned home and was transported to the hospital for serious injuries.
- Unknown individuals have been damaging the copper pipe coming from propane tanks in the area of Baddog and Circle roads. As a result, gas has been leaking from the propane tanks. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 1-800-689-3535.
- A man reported Sunday that he’d received text messages from his 15-year-old son that stated his mother had struck him and he was in pain. Police responded to the Wilson Avenue residence and found the boy had been disciplined by his mother and was not injured. The situation was handled without incident.
- Police investigated a 911 hang-up call from a Thunderbird Road residence on Sunday. The call was accidental.
- A false alarm occurred Sunday at K-Mart.
