Cindy Lenhart Rago, 55, of Philipsburg died Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at the Mount Nittany Hospital, State College.
She was born July 20, 1957, in Clearfield, the daughter of the late, James L. Lenhart Sr. and Nancy L. (Royer) Lenhart Bowman of Woodland.
She worked as a nurse’s aide and as a homemaker. She also had a cleaning business called Cinderella Rose in Meadville.
She sang with the Country Hobos and Full House Country and Western Group and was a radio announcer for WPHB in Philipsburg.
She was a member of the Church of Christ in Clearfield and Meadville.
She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and is survived by two daughters, Crystal Archie and her husband, Mike of Nolensville, TN and Dana Chea of Nashville, TN.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Jasmine Archie, Michael Archie Jr., Jayla Archie, Milik Archie, Getu Archie, Josiah Chea and Ava Chea and her loving and devoted companion, Jeffrey Sleigh of Philipsburg.
She was preceded in death by her father, James L. Lenhart Sr.; a brother, James L. Lenhart Jr.; a sister, Penny Quick; maternal grandparents, Alphonse and Ida Royer and paternal grandparents, Homer and Velma Lenhart.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Bennett & Houser Funeral Home Inc., of Clearfield, with Minister John Wright officiating. Burial will be in the Egypt Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
