Penn State home opener set for noon kick

Penn State’s Sept. 7 home opener vs. Eastern Michigan has been set for a noon kick in Beaver Stadium. The contest against the Eagles is Penn State’s fifth announced kick time for the 2013 season. Big Ten Network will televise the Penn State-Eastern Michigan game to a national audience, the Nittany Lions’ second announced BTN game of the season.
