- An incident of harassment occurred between March 1 and May 30 on South Centre Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, the victim told police that she was being harassed by a 38-year-old State College woman. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred Monday on Seventh Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 59-year-old Philipsburg woman allegedly kicked in the rear door of the residence that belonged to the victim. Damage is estimated at $100. Charges were filed through the district court.
