UPDATE: State Police ID Victims in Fatal Fire

PIKE TOWNSHIP – The Clearfield-based state police have identified the two people who died after their home was destroyed by fire earlier this morning in Pike Township.

Deborah K. Peters, 59, and Randall W. Peters, 61, both of Curwensville, weren’t able to escape and died as a result of the fire. The fire started at approximately 2:40 a.m. at 68 Skinner Ln.

The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time. The investigation is ongoing, state police said.
