- A tractor-trailer driven by a 45-year-old Mifflinville man struck another one on Wednesday while he was pulling from a parking space at Pilot. Minor damage and no injuries were reported.

- Police responded to Wasson Elementary School for an unruly student on Thursday. The situation was handled without incident.
- Police received a report about two black labs that were running loose Thursday in the area of Tozier Avenue. The dogs were getting into garbage; the owner was located and will be cited.
- On Thursday employees of Mobile Phone Pros reported that a customer was causing a problem and refusing to leave the store. Upon arrival police located a 52-year-old DuBois man who was upset over the store’s return policy, and he would not leave until he “got his way.” Police handled the situation without incident.
- A 46-year-old DuBois woman reported Thursday that her 10-year-old daughter was physically harassed by an 8-year-old boy at school. The investigation is continuing.
- A 20-year-old Punxsutawney woman and a 90-year-old Punxsutawney man were involved in a motor vehicle accident Thursday at the intersection of Oklahoma Salem Road and South Eighth Street. No injuries were reported. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
- A 25-year-old Mt. Run Road resident reported Thursday that the father of her child was at her residence and causing a disturbance. The man was leaving the residence upon police arrival. The situation was handled without incident.
