Area from Curtin Road to Dauer Drive will be restricted
STATE COLLEGE – Area drivers could experience short travel delays starting June 3 as PennDOT restricts one of the southbound lanes on University Drive.
The restriction will be in place from Curtin Road to Dauer Drive (across from the Bryce Jordan Center), so that curb and sidewalk construction for the Pegula Ice Arena can take place.
The lane restriction is expected to last through the month of June. Drivers may want to give themselves extra travel time through this area. The northbound lane on University Drive remains open.
Drivers are reminded to obey posted speed limits and always buckle up.
