- An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred May 11 in the parking lot of RJ’s Pub in Philipsburg Borough. Someone removed a bag that contained numerous tools from an unlocked pick-up truck. The stolen tools are valued at $1,165. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
