- A 53-year-old South Main Street man was stopped by Wal-Mart employees on Wednesday when he tried to leave the store with $2.97 worth of ice cream without paying for it. Retail theft charges were filed.
- A 58-year-old Overdorf Avenue woman reported Wednesday that someone took a cement lawn ornament from her yard.
- A 22-year-old Long Avenue woman and 28-year-old Brady Street man left Wal-Mart with several items without paying for them on Wednesday. Police located the two as they were walking on East DuBois Avenue. Both charged were with retail theft.
- On Wednesday, a 48-year-old South Main Street woman went into the Blinker Sheetz and told employees that she feared for her life from the man she was with. Employees tried to stall the couple’s transaction until police got there, but they were gone upon officers arrival. The couple was later found and it was determined the woman was just mad at her boyfriend and was in no danger.
- Employees of United Electric reported Thursday that an ex-employee came on the premises after having been issued a no trespass notice. The employee was gone upon officers arrival.
- On Thursday, officers were called to a William Penn Avenue residence for a 50-year-old man who had crawled out on the roof of the residence after having been drinking. The situation was handled without incident.
- Both missing persons, Christopher Jewell and Daniel Jablonski, have been located, according to police.
