- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Saturday or Sunday in the parking lot that’s adjacent to the Retro Eatery Restaurant in Philipsburg Borough. A Philipsburg woman told police that she’d parked her black Chrysler Sedan and returned to find someone had damaged the window molding along the rear passenger door. Damage is estimated at $50. - An incident of harassment occurred Monday at the PhilipsburgJunior High School, where two female juveniles engaged in a fight. Both were charged with harassment through the district court.
- A 26-year-old Philipsburg man was stopped Monday at the intersection of Centre and Presqueisle streets for multiple equipment and traffic violations. Further investigation determined that he had removed a registration renewal sticker from a Pontiac and placed it onto the plate of another Pontiac and then put this tag on his Toyota Avalon. Charges are to be filed against the man.
