Hendershot tabbed Big Ten Field Athlete of the Week

Thanks to a lifetime-best clearance of 7-3.25 (2.22), junior Jon Hendershot (Nazareth, Pa.) has been named Big Ten Field Athlete of the Week, announced on Wednesday (May 8). Hendershot and the rest of the Nittany Lion contingent will head into postseason action this weekend, competing at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, which are set for May 10-12, at Ohio State University.
